It manifests in the strangest ways

How stressed am I getting about the upcoming 2 weeks trip (vacation for 1, school for the other)?

I am randomly interjecting comments into other people's conversations that are complete and total non-sequitors. "Yes, that is a lovely shawl you're making. Did I tell you that I have over 3 inches of print-outs I have to take with me?"

I've made 5 different lists, all containing the same to-do items but in different orders.

The lists all contain the phrase "Pick up poop".

I'm having pre-trip guilt about leaving the dog, even with all the poop she produces.

I'm obsessing over the pink tofu sweater and the fact that it's the main project I'm taking and I'm worried that I won't have enough yarn and I've developed an elaborate formula to calculate my potential yarn needs.

I described Terminal 4 at Sky Harbor as being shaped like a penis. And stated how my gate will be at the bulbous head of the penis because that's the furthest distance possible and that's how my life goes.

Yes folks, I'm not the most laid-back traveler. Trips in general make me act oddly. Add school and the fact that I'm going to be spending a week with complete strangers and living with 2 of them and remember how weird and shy I get about meeting new people and that I don't have a decent pair of pajamas and you have a recipe for a massive HipHip melt-down.

Oh yeah, I'm also having an issue with run-on sentences.

You have so much fun you'll forget about the dog poop and indecent jammies. Have a great vacation!

so what does it mean if one inserts inappropriate non-sequitors and the aren't stressed? Hmmm...I may be screwed.

You will do just fine. Deep breath.

I hope you have a wonderful trip! I'm going to miss you! Yea, and Mr. Cruise is getting on my last nerve. He is quite the freak show lately. Maybe if he did take drugs he would be semi-normal?

I am so glad that I am not the only one who freaks out about their jammies. My husband knows there is always jammy shopping involved in trips where we stay with other people.
