Books, Books, Books

25. A Man without a Country - Kurt Vonnegut. Vonnegut is one of my all-time favorite writers but this is not my favorite book of his. It's a collection of essays and some of them seem recycled from other things I've read of his. Of course, he is 83 years old, he's bound to have to start repeating a bit. I still enjoyed it, though.

26. Polaroids from the Dead - Douglas Coupland. Another collection of essays. Not bad but some of them were overly long and kind of pointless.

27. Breakfast of Champions - Kurt Vonnegut. This is the Vonnegut I love. Bizarre and funny and absurd.

28. Life after God - Douglas Coupland. A collection of stories. Parts of it were funny, but not the best thing I've read of his by a long shot.
