Oooh, Pretty

Steve's last post is inspiring me to get off my ass and post some pictures.

These were all taken at the Phipps Conservatory in Pittsburgh (Oakland to be precise). We went during the Fall Flower Show, which means mums. Lots and lots of mum. Which is cool because I happen to like mums. Maybe not as much as Steve likes roses, but I do like them.

I love mums! That used to be one of my favorite fall traditions in NJ. The decorating with pots of mums. Ok, what the hell are the air plant balls? That freaks me out.

Awesome pictures! I love the air plant balls - veddy cool.

I hate to say it, but if that Agave bloomed, they will be able to replace the window pane soon... they die after they bloom. But, on the bright side, they usually make tons of pups (baby Agaves) before they go to the garden in the sky.
